US, Canada, Europe: Standard subscription rates are based in the United States at the rate of $100 minimum.
US: Standard rates apply to the United States.
Europe: Standard rates apply to European countries.
China: 35% reduction rate from the standard rate applies to China.
North, South, East, West and Central Africa: 80% reduction rate from the standard rate applies to all of Africa.
The Caribbean, Brazil, South America: 70% reduction rate from the standard rate applies to the Caribbean.
India, Bangladesh Asia: 70% reduction rate from the standard rate applies to India.
Australia: 25% reduction rate from the standard rate applies to Australia.
Exempt Countries: The minimum standard subscription rate is waved for the following countries: Niger, Burkina Faso, Mali, Togo, Ayiti, Sudan and DRC.
